Welcome to the 2026 Convention Registration page! Below are separate instructions for Banquet‑Only and Full Weekend Registration

This year's 72nd Annual Squires’ Convention will take place on: June 5, 6, 7 2026. Each Circle must reserve the hotels by themselves. The Convention Hotel is: Holiday Inn Burlington / Candlewood Suites Burlington - 3063 South Service Road Burlington

Meal registrations must be confirmed no later than April 28, 2026. A $300 deposit per Circle is required upon registration completion.

Deadlines:

- Regular Meal Registration Form: April 28, 2026

- Banquet ONLY Registration Form: May 30, 2026

- Award Forms: May 1, 2026

- Provincial Board Candidate Forms: May 1, 2026

For Circles Registering and Submitting Deposits

Steps:

1. Download & Save the Form – Save it to your computer before filling it out.

2. Complete the Form – Fill in all required fields and save again.

3. Submit the Form – Email completed form to: Steve Benson, squiresconvention.registrationchairman@ontariosquires.com

4. Payment Options:

Cheque - Payable to: Columbian Squires Provincial Board Ontario
